Cpm2 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the cpm2 platform. By registering for or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using the cpm2 platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are advised not to use this platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and cpm2 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the terms currently in effect.
This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. cpm2 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close an account if a user is found not to meet this minimum age requirement.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Users are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice. cpm2 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time using valid official documents.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password and login credentials confidential. All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, including any unauthorised access. You are required to notify cpm2 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account through the available customer support channels.
- Not to use the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Not to attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage cpm2's platform systems.
- Not to create multiple accounts using the same or different identities to circumvent restrictions.
- To comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia while using the platform.
- Not to use automated software, bots, or any other technical tools to manipulate games or platform systems.
Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information
All transactions on the cpm2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users may deposit using supported local payment methods including bank transfers, Touch 'n Go, and GrabPay. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to current policies, which can be reviewed in your account settings.
Successful deposits are typically credited within two to ten minutes, depending on the payment method chosen. cpm2 is not liable for any delays caused by the user's bank or third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated in the platform's withdrawal guidelines. Withdrawals will only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name. cpm2 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal request.
Any transaction suspected of involving fraud or illegal activity will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities. Funds associated with accounts suspected of illegal activity may be withheld pending investigation.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Cpm2 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or technical errors at all times. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cpm2 is not liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, data loss, or impaired access due to circumstances beyond our control.
Cpm2 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if a user is found to have violated these terms, engaged in suspicious activity, made unfounded claims, or abused platform promotions. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not eligible to reopen their account or register a new one.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
All content on the cpm2 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of cpm2 and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from cpm2.
Cpm2 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the platform will be resolved through the applicable legal procedures in Malaysia.
The cpm2 platform may utilise third-party payment services or technology. cpm2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to their respective terms of service. cpm2 recommends that users read and understand the relevant third-party terms of service before using them.
